A car of track-tested technicalities, it's eminently driveable too, with a well appointed
lightweight interior and tractable power. The CTR 2 is a genuine dual-purpose machine, one
goal being to carry on the tradition of the original CTR, dubbed the Yellow Bird by
America's authoratative Road & Track magazine when it was named the fastest in its
World's Fastest Supercar tests with an astounding top speed of 339.8 km/h (211 mph).
There's every reason to believe that, before long, the Ruf CTR 2 will inherit this lofty
honor.
